Question for the LJ hive mind....

So I've decided to sell my 13' round straight walled Tentsmith's pavilion made from Sunforger flame resistant canvas. Its been used 3 times, has mud flaps, a floor cloth and comes with all poles, stakes, ropes, all you'd need for a set up.
It looks like this,

Anyone have a good idea on how much I should ask for? Having never sold a tent before I haven't a clue how much to deduct for one season's use.

Anybody? Bueller?

I don't know from pricing tents, but boy, I'm having serious tent-lust.

Used tents seem to be going for about 50-75% of original cost, from what I've seen, even in excellent condition. The return on one's investment doesn't seem to be particularly great.

Why are you selling it?

You won't get full price, but you can probably get 75% for a gently used tent.

When you get back in the market, may I suggest a french double bell wedge? We have one from panther, and my husband made an "A" frame for it. It only has five poles, the 4 uprights and the crossbeam, and he sets it up all by himself all the time, and neither rain or wind has ever made it shake or leak, and it has no ropes for little bodies to hang off of, and it's a really good size for a little family.
