Das Kochbuch der Philippine Welser

Does anyone on my f-list have a copy of Das Kochbuch der Philippine Welser or a photocopy of it?
There are not electronic transcriptions that I've been able to find (yes, I've checked Gloning's list), and no print editions that don't cost $170.

There are only three copies listed in the US on Worldcat, so the chance of ILL is very slim, although I'll try.

Its more the proportions that I'm looking for. I've got a reference to two different kinds of Lebkuchen in period, one that's thick and one that's thin, "like golden leaves". I'm just info gathering at this point and trying to collect the known recipes before I start playing around with the honey to flour ratio and see about thinning out the dough.
