Library Research day!

Today is my library research day! Yippee! I get to go photocopy articles and look up herbal books. I am really hoping that I've found the citation for the book I returned without writting the darn title down! Grr...

Its raining lightly today and the air smells sooo good, just the way Spring air should. Also, no headache this morning and I'm feeling plenty bouncy. Don't know if the bouncy feeling is due to the hour spent at the gym last night or not eating a whole bunch of sugar yesterday, but I feel great and not stiff. ;)

I'm off to start my day and get going.
