The fur is flying!

So far I've had a very sucessful morning.

I:
-Re-organized my sewing area and put all the currently un-needed supplies out in the storage room.
-Found all the supplies for this weeks projects
-Dismantled the beaver fur short coat for the schaube fur bits and cut out the bad spots with splits. So far the seam ripper is the cutting tool of choice as the scissors just create so much mess!

For this afternoon, here's the agenda:
-Go to Beverly's and get sewing thread and twill tape for fur work
-Get necessities at drug store.
-Get Ginger's claws trimmed.
-Work on fur portion.

In other fun news, the package from Rio Grande is "Out for Delievery" according to the UPS tracker, so I should be getting a fun box today! ;)

Fur.... Everywhere!

There is fur throughout my entire house and up my nose, the bedroom is especially furry. Good thing the cat is completly un-turned on by beaver fur!

I have now managed to dismantle the coat thingie and cut up portions of it into the right pieces for the collar portions and down the front. I'll post pictures tomorrow, tonight's game night with Matt.
