mmcnealyDoes anyone on my f-list have a copy of Das Kochbuch der Philippine Welser or a photocopy of it?
There are not electronic transcriptions that I've been able to find (yes, I've checked Gloning's list), and no print editions that don't cost $170.
There are only three copies listed in the US on Worldcat, so the chance of ILL is very slim, although I'll try.
