Numby Wednesday

mmcnealyI was in a ranty mood this morning when I got out of the Dentists, but now after package of M&M’s I’ve calmed down into reasonableness. Well, that and the Novocain from getting my crowns done this morning is mostly worn off. Nothing like a little pain to slow one down.
So the dental work is done and it went well, my teeth already feel better.
Fencing last night was so good. I am so loving this new club! There were 3 TA’s to help out the instructor last night, it nice to have someone come up and help you work on something until you get it right. I may have gotten the reputation of a trouble maker in the class though. The instructor was teaching us a set of moves and I asked a question or made some kind a comment about “Shouldn’t we be learning how not to get poked?” It was just a little bit of flack, and the teacher and all the other students thought it was funny. The new club can be a little too Frenchy and stuffy sometimes, it was good to have a little bit of fun instead of being so super serious all the time. Laughter while fencing is NOT a crime.
Off to go try and get something accomplished.
