Cleaning day

mmcnealyBleh, It's cleaning day, and the house needs it so desperately too. I am working on one room at a time, almost have the bedroom done, including folding the mountain of clean laundry, then its on to vaccuming, lunch and a massage appointment.
I am so surprised at how exhausted I am, I didn't think that I was running on that little sleep but my body has made it pretty clear that I was not getting enough.
Yesterday Ysebelot (YC) and I went out and trolled through Nancy's sewing basket, *Dangereous* place. Oooh, their ribbon and trim room is to die for! She said several Hail Mary's, being Catholic persona and all, I being Protestant just stuck to the Lord's Prayer and a Psalm or two before entering the store. End result? I was overcome with temptation and bought some wonderful gold lace trims, she bought nothing. Something to be said for the HM's I think.
Then it was off the the Weaving Work's and we both got some linen and wool fine gauge yarn to practice finger-loop braiding with. I also got some 1.75 mm reed for the new steuchlein that I am going to make, plus I'm going to try using it for boning in the new corset that is one of my next projects.
Last night I worked on practicing my finger loop braiding that I learned at a class this last weekend, it came out pretty even.
Lunch today: Scallops sauteed in white wine and lemon juice
