I have an interview! But do I really want one?

Looks like I have an interview for next Wednesday, 7:30 am though. Good thing I am a morning person. Bugger, that is soo early. And I have no interview clothes.... Shopping time this weekend. I wish they had a mood for apathetic.

Off to Mom's for Mothers day

Well, I am leaving work early to go have lunch with a friend and then head over the mountains to visit my parents for the weekend.
Dang it! I just remembered that I forgot my pillow! Hmmm... Go home and get it or buy a new one? My parent's have flat guest pillows and I can't sleep on those.

Hopefully there will be no car trouble this year. I need a good trouble-free day like yesterday.

Made it safe and sound

I made it safe to my parents house and am now getting licked by the dog. A beagel, who needs a bath and a claw trim.
Driving 4 hours is ordinarily not a big thing, but last time I attempted coming over here last Mother's day weekend, my transmission went out on the way over here, and I was kinda freaked out about coming over here on the same weekend this year, like maybe it was jinxed or something. This time, with a different car, I had no problems.
Now I am off to go finish my sister's corset, and rustle up some dinner because it looks like its a DIY dinner night due to Mom working.
