Oh, sweet procrastination!

I really should be doing homework for this class of mine, but instead I have been taking new pictures of me for my LJ profiles and so that Matt can see the new color and length.

Ugh, case studies and ethical guidlines.... Off to go write up why I think that a particular libraries set of patron behavioral guidelines aren't totalitarian or offensive or discriminitory, but rather common sense to ensure that everybody can enjoy their experience at the library, not just the homeless men who hang out there all day who make the place reek of unwashedness. Ick! Another reason why I don't spend a lot of time at the downtown Seattle library.

Official Ditzy Saturday Moment

So here I am working away at the computer and I look up and realize that my windows are all steamed up, all the windows in the house. I think "That's odd, I wonder why?" So I wander around the house trying to figure out why, I walk into the kitchen and there's a pot on the stove boiling away.

Uh?

Smack me why dontcha!

I put a big pot of water on the stove to make corn on the cob and its been boiling away for about 25 minutes. I had totally forgoton about it and hadn't set the timer like I normally do. Good thing its a big pot with a lot of water in it.

What a ditzy Saturday
