Tuition and money

Bah humbug and all that!

Finally did today what I should have done MONTHS ago, but never got around to it, called the tuition refund people at the company that layed (or is it laid?) me off.

Of course I should have done it months ago, like before the program started, and of course they want official paper copies of documents that I only get online, like invoices and transcripts. Plus there's like 15 other documents that they want faxed to them. I've emailed my contact at the school to find out if I can even GET paper copies. *Huge Sigh* Darn old fashioned company! Darn new fangled school!

Good grief, I hate paperwork, almost more than late washing machine repair guys that cause me to miss my first German class. Yah, and its raining again and I'm in a stinko mood. The good news is that its Thursday and fencing is tonight.

Washing machines and funk

Great, missed my first German class for the washing machine guy, who then tells me that the part that the Landlady ordered isn't the part that was needed, really it needs springs to hold the motor (WTH?) and that will stop the incessant squeaking and actually cause it to work properly.

Of course they don't carry those, those have to be ordered, fortunatly it just takes a few days so sometime next week I should have a fixed washer. The good news is that I just finished doing all the laundry yesterday, so I am set for a week or so.

Right now I am kicking myself for sewing all the time while Matt had his vacation, now I have free time and he is working until late everyday plus basketball practice after that. Very funky sort of day.
