I've decided to re-organize my website menu and some of the content. Matt thinks it should have dropdowns and I've found a cool CSS/javascript one that should work nicely, and will degrade for older browsers Son of Suckerfish dropdowns

I'm torn, on the one hand, drop downs are cool and they could help people find things faster, on the other hand, they can cause problems..

Dropdowns or no dropdowns?

So old skool

I vote no dropdowns. They're cool but I'm often frustrated by the broken ones and they're slow to boot.

Good point. They also can be hard to maintain, and I'm all about simple with this new design.

Drop downs can be double edged. Sometimes their a pain but navigation is easier. Your call.

I've decided to go for a better organization and navigation scheme, instead of dropdowns. It'll mean some things will move around, but they will be in easier to find places.
