Not too much to report, so here's the highlights

- Homemade gluten-free tiramisu is wonderful! And I get the whole pan to myself. Yummmy! I made the kind with a zabaglione custard so that the eggs would be cooked. Zabaglione custard should be on the illegal foods list, the stuff is seriously addicting!

- Saw the doctor about the hand and shoulder. I have two problems, carpel tunnel aggrevated by the pregnancy and a rotor cuff injury or strain. I go see a physical therapist and massage therapist on Monday. Wonder which one will do the most good?

- The house is mainly unpacked, the sewing room is still chaotic but that should be fixed by today.

- Still no internet access at home. Its starting to seriously bug me, but the daily 1 mile round trip walk to and from the library is good for me. Hopefully I will get the software to go online this week, now that the phone is fixed.

- Its starting to be more spring like here in the mornings, then it gets cold and rainy in the late afternoons.

Have a happy Easter or Passover!

Homemade gluten-free tiramisu

Oh my, that sounds positively decadent! ;-)

Happy Easter to you too!

Hope the PT works for the hand & shoulder. I s'pose the massage will feel good too, but the PT you can do forever and is free once you learn the moves. :)

The tiramisu was decadent, and very yummy. It defintily will be made again sometime soon, it was Oh So Good and much better than anything I ever had in a restraunt when I ate wheat.

I do chiropratic and it helps with my neck and back pain, but not the hands. The massage did wonders for my shoulders, I wish I could have one every day!

The massage was better than being poked at by a PT. Canada in September would be a good move for you.
