I make the krapfen with apples and hazelnuts. if they happen to accidentally get toasted before being added to the pie, oh well ;)

on krapfen...there is some debate about what exactly a krapfen is. fried? baked? pastry? donut?

I know that there's some discussion as to what Krapfen actually are, I chose to interpretate it as a pastry in this particular recipe. Its really yummy warm or cold.

They all sound soooooo yummy. I'm getting ready to cook up a storm for June Crown and West An Tir. Thought I had my menu planned. Now I need to rethink :)
