Congratulations--you're my hero! I'm so worried about eating properly when we decide to have a family. Then again, you've always sounded like you eat healthy regardless. :)

Once you get used to eating GF, its easy to stay on it, even when pregnant. You just have to focus on what you can eat versus what you can't.

That really isn't my problem. My problem is convenience. I used to eat out for two meals a day. It's like I haven't learned to feed myself. Thankfully, my fiancee cooks for me now. On the off chance he cooks a pizza or something that I can't have, I generally snack on whatever--not very healthy.

You're still my hero. :)
