I've been looking for some "new" renaissance music to practice since I've decided to take up singing again. Though I haven't practiced reading those notes I know armillary can help me, because he knows how to do it.

Many songs by Martin Luther are still contained in the hymnals of the Protestant churches in Germany (mainly in the "core" book "Evangelisches Gesangbuch", see this Amazon link (http://www.amazon.de/Evangelisches-Gesangbuch-Taschenausgabe/dp/3931895017/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1204049480&sr=8-1)). You can search for the corresponding titles and songnumbers by author here (http://www.gesangbuch-online.de/index.php).
I think it might be easier to learn it from modern notation and compare the modern notation to the old sheets.
