The regulations and establishment of the household of Henry Algernon Percy, Earl of Northumberland in the third year of King Henry VIII (1512)
I found this fascinating book on Google Books today (may not be viewable to readers outside the US).
It details the number of people in the household, what they did, how much they got paid in food and lights. Breakfasts in Lent and the rest of the year, the list goes on and ON!
The kinds of birds to be served when (includes Seagulls!), what items when in what carriages when a removal happened. Lots of mention of people, food, times things happened throughout the year, but I haven't found mention of clothes yet. 464 pages, with notes.
