The Organizing Tornado that is my husband

Good grief, I had forgotton how much I missed having Matt around to clean, organize and pick up around the house and yard. He's got so much energy and just gets things done, whereas I tend to ramble along and get things done but at a much slower pace, well that and I like to do other things besides clean and pick up the house.

Tomorrow is organize the basement day, including put away all the fabric in the guest room. Oh, fun!

Today was our furniture shoping day, we had talked about it before he left, but I didn't want to get anything while he was gone, so we went today. Ordered a very comfy couch and have a line on a good cabinet for the TV and a new bookshelf, just have to wait for the shipping container to come in.

Looks like I will be going to 12th night after all, Matt has an out of town trip for that weekend, curtisey of the US Navy, so I plan to go. Of course this means that I need to get on the ball and create a plan of action to get both school work and costuming done on schedule, otherwise I may freeze that weekend.

The masked ball on that Friday night, the theme is "Celestial"!! I'll be the dorky one with 2 yards of hand beaded silk chiffon hanging offa her head. We have also been exploring fast and non icky ways to make masks if you are interested let me know.
