Time, time where does it go?

There just are not enough hours in the day, I mean I should be able to sleep in, catch up with both sides of the family and Matt, figure out Christmas list, update Amazon wish list for family to silence whines of "We don't know what to get you!", grocery shop and still have enough time to get some sewing done. But nope, well at least not yet.

Dinner's cooking in the oven, London Broil roast, herb covered and 50% off with a customer card so it came in under $5, smells so good darnit, but its still raw in the middle.

Probably should get off the internet in case Matt calls.

I made an Amazon wish list and gave that to family members who were asking what I wanted. You would think they would then know what to get me. A certain family member did get me a $6 paperback from the list, which was nice, but then spent the majority of her present budget for me on something else entirely. When she gave me the other item, she said "I looked at that list you gave me, but it was all BOOKS! (disdainful look) So I got you something else." !!!!

Maybe it was all books because I want books!

I am grateful for the gift, but still somewhat peeved that she asked for a wish list, I gave her a wish list, and then she thought that what I put on the list wasn't right because it wasn't what she would have wanted. (It wasn't that the stuff on the list was the wrong price, either. I had things from $5 up to $300 on there.)

Bummer, what a relative!

I'm fortunate that my family is a bunch of bookworms so they completely understand just wanting books and nothing else for Christmas. I did put some kitchen stuff on there though, an espresso machine would be really nice.
