Do you ever have those nights were you are sure you're going to have a great nights sleep, only to wake up at 1am sweating and hot and just dose off and on for the rest of the night? I did

Do you ever wish your fairy godmother would descend from wherever and grant you a wish? I do, I'd wish not to be allergic to wheat and dairy and all the lovely side effects like my fingers swelling up and bleeding. blech

Do you ever want to go back in time and take back words from a conversation or dish out some really good ones to someone who deserved it? Yep

Do you ever wish that you hadn't taken someone's well meaning advice, because really it just held you back from doing something that you ended up doing anyway and loved? *sigh*

Is it just wheat that you can't eat or gluten? There are several good recipes for non-wheat and or no gluten bread that you can make at home, if you'd like I can look some up and send them to you.

I love fresh bread, especially sourdough bread, I miss that the most.
