Where the heck is the washer repair guy?

mmcnealy46 minutes after 2 pm, which is when they scheduler girl said they would be here, as in between 12 and 2, still no sign, call or smoke signal. I want that thing fixed TODAY! I even re-org'd my schedule to be home all day today just so I could be here for this.
Hopefully the blinds lady will show on time.
