Study Party
May. 18th, 2004 03:50 pmToday has just been one big article reading study party! Woo Hoo! (not!)
If X person has 20 articles to read at 30 minutes to read and make notes on said article, how long will it take to read all of them?
Answer: Way too damn long.
Anyway, I'm slogging through all of them and sifting the good from the bad, and trying hard not to eat too much chocolate. After another hour or 4 more articles read and noted, whichever comes first, I am heading off to the gym to work the kinks out from yesterday.
Really good quote for today:
“To be human in this world is to interpret: to assign meaning to experience and view that meaning as objective.” Jana Bradley, 1993

Sinclair Lewis, "Main Street", 1920
Read that on BART this morning, sent it to my husband. It's just too true, even more in context.
