The wedding

mmcnealyLisa and Jeff's wedding last night went off beautifully. She looked stunning in her dress and he looked smashing in his tux. There were a few snafu's like the tux place screwing up the order on the vests and having to come out and fix it in the parking lot, but other than that everything went wonderfully. I went and got my hair done at a salon yesterday. I hated the style but everybody said it looked wonderful. She used so much hairspray on it that the curls honestly felt like paper, it took 3 shampoos to get it out of my hair, and its still not out all the way. I think hairspray should be banned.
The live band at the reception was totally fun and I got their business card so hopefully we could book them for the ship's Christmas party, which I think Matt has to plan. Anything, including silence, would be better than the lame duck DJ they had last year.
Right now I am:
-Feeling zombieish
-Waiting for the caffine and chocolate to kick in, somehow I don't think they are going to though...
-Mincing around on tender feet from my shoes and all the dancing I did yesterday.
-Contemplating a nap, but needing to sew like a maniac instead. More about that in the next post.
