mmcnealyDoes anyone on my f-list have a copy of Das Kochbuch der Philippine Welser or a photocopy of it?
There are not electronic transcriptions that I've been able to find (yes, I've checked Gloning's list), and no print editions that don't cost $170.
There are only three copies listed in the US on Worldcat, so the chance of ILL is very slim, although I'll try.

Date: 2007-12-03 06:13 pm (UTC)I've already looked in WorldCat and searched LoC, there are two US copies listed, one at the University of Southern California and one at the New York Public Library - Research.
There's one copy listed on LibraryThing, belonging to Mistress Huette, I'm going to try contacting her and see if she can tell me if there's a Lebkuchen recipe in there.
